A spacious addition to a charming Cape Cod style home!

This 2 bedroom Cape Cod style home got the G.P. Harris treatment with an addition that created more space for the Riley’s to enjoy. The Riley house was built in the late 1970’s and had not been updated much prior to our expansion project. Our goal was to design and create a comfortable home for the owners to enjoy for many years to come.

How did we do this?

To give the Riley’s some more living space and storage space, we designed and built them a new garage with a nice full-size bedroom above. Every project we take on is unique and has taught us important lessons. They’ve all given us experiences to build upon. Our project for the Graham’s entailed gutting an entire kitchen to install all new, well… everything! The original 1992 kitchen was a small space that was closed off from the dining area. It had no specific storage, organizational cabinets, or pantry. Counter space was limited and a microwave over the stove range created even more congestion in the kitchen.
